Haus Luisa has amazing views of the mountains to the rear and the village to the front. You can see the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhoehe to the left of the property. You can also Kaprun Castle on the right and Zell am See in the distance to the left.
Kaprun lies approx. 50 miles or 1 hours drive from Salzburg with good road links.
The Maiskogel ski area is situated in the centre of the village.

All year ski resort area The glacier at Kitzsteinhorn (3203 m) is a mecca for sking and and snowboarding all year round through the winter to the summer. It closes only for two weeks in June when maintenance on the lifts is carried out.
Zell am See's 75km ski area is only a short journey away.
